Fee Refund Policy

• Admission fees, registration fees, examination fees, and certification fees once paid are generally non-refundable.

• Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional and genuine cases subject to management approval.

• Any approved refund may be processed after deducting applicable administrative charges, processing fees, and payment gateway charges.

Cancellation Policy

• Users may request cancellation of services by contacting the institution through official communication channels.

• Cancellation approval is solely at the discretion of IISTER management.

• Approved cancellations may be eligible for partial refunds depending on the nature of the service.

Duplicate or Failed Transactions

• In case of duplicate payments or failed transactions where the amount is deducted but service is not confirmed, users should contact the institution with payment proof.

• Eligible refunds for duplicate or failed transactions will be processed after verification.

Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds may take 7 to 15 working days to reflect in the original payment method depending on banking and payment gateway procedures.
