Refund on Cancellation

• Administrative charges, processing fees, and payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

• Certain services such as registration fees, examination fees, certification charges, affiliation fees, and processing charges are generally non-refundable.

Duplicate Transactions

• In case of duplicate payments or accidental multiple transactions, users may request cancellation/refund by providing valid transaction proof.

• Approved duplicate transaction refunds will be processed after verification.

Processing Time

Approved cancellation and refund requests may take 7 to 15 working days for processing depending on banking and payment gateway timelines.
